Donna has years of tailoring experience. She had careers with Brooks Brothers and Nordstrom for many years before starting her own business. Her work is impeccable. I travel 25 miles to her office because I haven't found anyone better. You can trust Donna with your wedding gown, formalwear and investment pieces of clothing.

I first came to Pin Cushion on a referral from a close friend for my bridesmaid dress alterations. Donna did such an amazing job with my dress that I brought in my own wedding gown to be altered. Donna and Julie are so kind and easy to work with. Donna’s attention to detail goes above and beyond. My wedding gown is Lillian West, A-line style dress with four layers, two of them are lacy with intricate beaded floral patterns and a very long train. She was able to alter, bustle and give recommendations to preserve the beauty of my gown while making necessary alterations. She listened to me without judgment, came up with unique ideas and spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with the plan. The way she bustled my gown is perfect and unique and she even spent time teaching us how to bustle it properly. She even worked to alter the petticoat that I had bought per her recommendation to lift my dress. I am so thrilled to have a place I can trust, with fair prices and close to my home. 10/10!!

I had my wedding dress altered here! Donna and Julie were incredibly helpful, had many fittings with me, made it fit perfect, and helped me create and altar accessories like a belt, gloves, a bow, and the perfect bustle. And they were sooo so pleasant to work with, going above and beyond!

Donna did such an exceptional job on my wedding dress!! We hemed up the bottom and added bustles which allowed for me to dance all night long and have no issues. Here are some pictures to share 😊🥰
